Cooperation with Bergesen for semiref gas carriers
Maersk Tankers - a division of A.P. Møller, Denmark - has entered into an agreement with Bergesen d.y. of Norway and Skibsaksjeselskapet Solvang ASA of Norway whereby Maersk Tankers will act as commercial manager for the semiref/ethylene vessels so far operated within the Igloo and the Handygas Pool.
The fleet will be operated together with the existing fleet of semiref gas carriers managed by Maersk Tankers and traded globally within transportation of various petrochemical gasses and LPG.
The participation of the Solvang ASA controlled vessels is subject to final board approval of Solvang ASA and related partners.
